I'm Peter Dayton

I'm a Certified High Performance Coach and founder of GIFTED Coaching. I empower aspiring leaders to amplify their performance, build top-notch teams, and accelerate dream achievement.

Over the past few years, I built a sales onboarding program from scratch. As the company boomed, I quickly transitioned from trainer to leader. Balancing team leadership, quality delegation, and new tech adoption wasn't easy. My leadership book collection didn't cut it, so I sought a coach and discovered the transformative E6 Formula. It helped me set a vision, gain team buy-in, and initiate a ripple effect of leadership growth.

The results were incredible, capturing senior management's attention. Remarkably, 5 out of 8 team members earned promotions.

Now, drawing from my journey, I guide individuals like you to elevate your team's performance. Together, we'll hone your leadership, set captivating goals, optimize processes, and cultivate future leaders in your ranks.

My Story

After moving to Nashville, I joined Zeal church. At first I liked to go listen to a 30 minute "keynote speech" every week. As I listened to the sermons I started to feel a calling in my heart, God wanted me to build leaders for his kingdom. 

We're living in dark time in Christianity and I believe to make the biggest impact is to create leaders in a time of uncertainty. I've spent the past few years studying leadership. 

Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find their unique style in leadership. I’ll show you how to cast a vision, get buy-in from your team, evaluate your progress, and scale your mission.

Why I Do It

I feel a calling my heart to build leaders for God's Kingdom. I often think about if I were to die and go to Heaven I will stand face to face with God. I believe one of the questions he will ask me is, "I gave you the gift of coaching, what did you do with it?"

I cannot imagine saying anything other than, "I worked every day to create the biggest impact I knew how by building leaders for you."

I serve the LORD with excellence because anything less than that wouldn't be an acceptable answer.
