By enrolling in the Forge Summit Retreat, I agree to the following:

  • I am committed to fully participating in the Forge Summit Retreat, taking place September 25–29, 2025. I understand this is an immersive experience designed to challenge and sharpen me spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  • I understand that this retreat is focused on biblical leadership development and personal growth. It is not therapy, nor is it a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. The retreat is about equipping me to move forward in life as a stronger, more faith-driven leader.

  • I understand that the Forge Summit Retreat involves physical activity, outdoor experiences, and other dynamic elements. I acknowledge that participation in any physical activities, including but not limited to hikes, fitness sessions, or outdoor challenges, carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks.

  • I hereby release GIFTED Coaching LLC, its affiliates, its founder Peter Dayton, and all staff, facilitators, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Forge Summit Retreat. I understand that GIFTED Coaching LLC cannot be held responsible for any injuries or outcomes resulting from my participation.

  • I understand that my results in life, leadership, business, and relationships are my responsibility. I understand that GIFTED Coaching LLC and its team cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from this retreat, only my satisfaction with the experience.

  • I understand that all payments made toward the Forge Summit Retreat are non-refundable. I also understand that if I am unable to attend the retreat for any reason, I will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement. I may request to transfer my registration to another qualified participant with prior approval from GIFTED Coaching LLC.

  • I commit to arriving on time, participating fully, and honoring the brotherhood and spirit of this retreat.

  • I understand that retreat materials and leadership frameworks provided to me are proprietary to GIFTED Coaching LLC and are for my personal use only. I agree not to duplicate, distribute, or share them without permission.

By enrolling, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this participation agreement.
